IRISH CREAM
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of half and half
2 14 oz. cans of sweetened condensed milk
3 cups of Jameson Irish Whiskey
2 teaspoons of instant coffee granules
4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of almond extract
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the half and half, sweetened condensed milk, Jameson Irish Whiskey, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract in a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.

Homemade Mallo Cups
What You Need:
12 Cupcake Liners
2 cups of Milk Chocolate Chips
13 OZ. Jar of Marshmallow Creme
1 1/2 Cups of Coconut Flakes
Directions
1. Melt half of the milk chocolate chips.
2. Coat the cupcake liners with the melted chocolate.
3. Chill the cups until the chocolate sets.
4. Mix the marshmallow creme and the coconut flakes.
5. Fill the cups with the marshmallow creme and coconut mixture.
6. Melt the remaining milk chocolate chips.
7. Spoon the melted chocolate over the marshmallow creme and coconut mixture. Spread chocolate to the edges of the cups.
8. Refrigerate until firm.
Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
WHAT YOU NEED:
3 LBS. ground beef
4 cups of fiesta blend shredded cheese
2 packets of mild taco seasoning mix
3 tomatoes, diced
2 onions, diced
Corn tortillas (or flour tortillas if you prefer)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown the ground beef
2. Add both packets of mild taco seasoning mix to the ground beef
3. In the bottom of a glass baking dish place 6 tortillas
4. Spoon some of the ground beef over the tortillas
5. Sprinkle some diced tomatoes over the beef
6. Sprinkle some of the dices onions over the beef
7. Sprinkle some cheese over the beef, onions and tomatoes
8. Repeat the layering process two more times (you should have three layers when you are finished)
9. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
WHAT YOU NEED:
12 cupcake liners
2 cups of creamy peanut butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 package of Hershey's milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt half of the milk chocolate chips.
2. Using a spoon, coat the cupcake liners with the melted chocolate, and then refrigerate them until they are firm.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter and the powdered sugar.
4. Fill the chocolate cups with the peanut butter mixture.
5. Melt the remaining chocolate chips.
6. Spoon the melted chocolate over the peanut butter. Spread chocolate to the edges of the cups.
7. Refrigerate until firm.
Store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
